Company History
S. ROBERT AUGUST & CO., INC. was founded in Denver, Colorado, 1983, on the principle of providing unparalleled sales, marketing, and management strategies and services to America’s real estate and related industries with honor, energy, and integrity.
Celebrating over 25 years of service, the company has grown from a bold vision in the mind of its founder to a bold reality in the international real estate and retail marketing community, generating over 14 billion dollars in revenue for our clients and putting in place the structures it takes to ensure permanent client success and pervasive customer satisfaction.
Perhaps the company’s enduring success comes from our constant research, observation, and participation in the marketplace. Locally, we have worked with front range economic development councils, Colorado newspapers, the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB), and the Colorado Association of REALTORS (CAR).
Nationally, we have been proud to work with clients like Countrywide Home Loans, Centex, Gold Crown Management, and American Home Mortgage. We have worked for over twenty-five years with the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) speaking, bringing people together, and publishing countless articles and the book Marketing for Remodelers: Building Business Leads.
Internationally, we have worked with global super-corporations like Disney, Whirlpool, Pella, Exxon, and Multiproyectos.
In addition to our broad involvement in the marketplace and hundreds of published articles and speeches, we also established our own real estate company in 1983. Having a real estate company for over 20 years, S. Robert August Realty Corporation and RealtyWorks, gave us direct and practical experience in the ever-changing demands of the real estate industry; our theories don’t come from thin air or outdated books—they come straight from our experience.
Based in Centennial, Colorado, S. Robert August & Company has been proud over the years to give back to the community that supports us. We have volunteered our services and raised more than five million dollars for the Children’s Hospital, Boy Scouts of America, Multiple Sclerosis, Mothers Against Drunk Driving, Hospice of Metro Denver, the Colorado Easter Seals Society, Show Home for Hope, the Bridge Project, the Colorado AIDS Project, Colorado Pediatric AIDS Foundation, the Home Builders Foundation, HomeAid Colorado, the Children's Diabetes Foundation at Denver, and the NAHB’s Home Builders Care program.
