Jason August is Vice President of Marketing Management with S. Robert August & Company, Inc. as well as President of Gourmet Real Estate, Inc. Jason works with builders and developers to cost-effectively enhance their visibility in the marketplace and increase profits. Prior to his current tenure at S. Robert August & Company, Jason was on the original executive team of Build-A-Bear Workshop, an international retail chain. He also started a real estate corporation in San Clemente, California and developed an automated multiple target tracking, recognition, and trajectory prediction system for the United States Army. Jason holds a Bachelors degree from Washington University in St. Louis and studied at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Iris Ralton is Vice President of Operations for S. Robert August & Company. She has been with the company for more than ten years. Iris also works as an Account Manager creating and implementing manuals, budgets, plans of action, scopes of service, and agreements from the beginning of a project to completion. Iris has worked in advertising agencies both in England and Australia. These experiences have given her the knowledge and organizational skills to assist our clients in managing their accounts successfully.

Laurie Santorno is Marketing Manager for S. Robert August & Company. She comes to the company with more than 30 years of experience in the apartment leasing and management field. Laurie compiles data and statistics to complete extensive reports that enable our clients to make important decisions about the future of their projects. She also volunteers with The Gold Crown Foundation.

Gail Sutton is Executive Director of Sales and Marketing for S. Robert August & Company and Gourmet Real Estate.  Her fundamental responsibilities are creating and implementing off-site national and international telesales campaigns for major luxury resort developments. Gail has enjoyed 21 successful years in real estate sales, marketing and management with over 607 units sold and $279,000,000 in closed volume. She has extensive experience and an impressive track record in all phases of the residential real estate brokerage business. Gail’s specialty area of expertise is in pre-sale luxury resort development telesales, with extensive experience and success in general real estate listing and resales, new development on-site sales and management, creating and developing a national broker marketing network, fractional ownership sales, mortgaging and finance, planning, budgeting, sales training and supervision. Gail is an Associate Broker with Gourmet Real Estate and holds real estate brokerage licenses in Colorado, Florida and New Jersey.

Alan August is Director of Corporate Consultation for S. Robert August & Company. Alan works with the consulting team to enhance the direction of prospective opportunities for the company while providing creative analysis consultation to the management team.

Penny August is the Secretary/Treasurer and Chief Consultant to the executive management team.

Amy McGrath is S. Robert August & Company’s Administrative Assistant. She has been with the company for six years. Amy assists the team in all aspects of the business including proof reading and preparing correspondence, presentations and agreements. She also acts as the company’s receptionist and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable representative.

The goal of the entire team is to create the finest program to help each customer maximize its return on investment.
